Thank you to those who attended the Annual General Meeting this evening.
All members will have received a link by email with instructions on how to vote.
Voting is now open and will close tomorrow Thursday 27th October 2022 at 10pm. Please note that it is one vote per member (or per share certificate).
To vote, you will need:
- Your name
- Your postcode
- Your membership number from your share certificate (optional)
What is on the voting form?
- We’ll ask you to decide who you’d like to be on the committee
- We’ll ask if you’re happy to appoint Ian Crisop as our independent accountant. We recommend that we do, but you can suggest other accountants
- We’ll ask if you’d like to appoint an auditor. We recommend that we do not appoint an auditor as this will result in a large financial cost (£2000-£3000) and is not wholly necessary
