An update from the CCPS Committee:
The news you have all been waiting for… Today, Countryman’s Community Pub Society Ltd.’s purchase of The Countryman’s Inn, Hunton, has been COMPLETED! Our wonderful local pub is now community owned. What a journey it has been to get to this moment! A huge thank you to all CCPS members and supporters for your commitment and support – this couldn’t have been achieved without you.
There is still much work to be done over the coming months, and we will be in touch again very soon to outline next steps (including AGM plans), but for now please join us at the pub for a celebratory pint and enjoy the Steam Rally weekend to the full!
Our incoming tenants, Lisa and Dan, will be taking over the reins at The Countryman’s Inn with immediate effect. Please show them your support over the weekend and beyond! This weekend the pub will be open tonight from 4pm, Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon.
