Dear members,
We will be holding this year’s Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 25 June 2024 from 7.30pm at Hunton Village Hall.
As with our previous AGMs, the purpose of the meeting will be for the management committee to share details of some of the developments that have taken place over the past 12 months, as well as conducting any required voting.
All shareholding members are invited, and minutes of the meeting will be shared after the meeting for any members who are unable to attend. We are also hoping to make the meeting available remotely for those who cannot make it in person. If you would like to join the meeting remotely, please contact us for the link.
If you have a question or topic that you would like to be covered during the AGM, we ask for these to be submitted prior to the meeting where possible so we can ensure a comprehensive response.
We would also love to hear from any members who would like to join the management committee. In particular, we would be keen to hear from anyone who could take on the following roles:
- Communications – Shareholder comms, Facebook page, publicity
- Fundraising – Grant applications, fundraising events
