This is a reminder that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be taking place on Monday 31^st July at 7pm in the Village Hall.

If you cannot make it in person, but wish to dial in remotely via Microsoft Teams, please contact us in advance to receive an invitation. Please also be aware that voting will be done in person and therefore you will not be able to vote if dialling in via Teams.

We would encourage all those with any questions or queries to submit them prior to the meeting so we can ensure a comprehensive response.

Minutes and slides from the AGM will be shared to all members following the meeting.
